Introduction
Lifestyle Success Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a luxury watch rental service. By subscribing to our service, you (“you”, “member”, “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Subscription and Membership
- All subscription packages are offered on a fixed minimum term of 12 months, with automatic renewal at the end of each term unless cancelled in writing prior to renewal.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time during the 12-month term, you will remain liable to pay the full outstanding balance for the remainder of that term immediately.
- You have a 15-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of your first payment, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not requested delivery of a watch.
- Once the cooling-off period has passed, cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months of membership once you have requested delivery of a watch.
Watch Ownership and Availability
- Not all watches available for rental are owned by Lifestyle Success Limited. From time to time, watches may be leased from third-party owners. These leased watches are subject to the same terms and conditions.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred watch for your requested dates. Watches should be booked as early as possible to minimise the risk of unavailability or disappointment.
Use and Care of Watches
- You must not alter, modify, dismantle, or remove any links or components from any watch supplied by us.
- Each watch will be thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to delivery. Upon return, the watch will be checked against these records. Any damage or discrepancies will be noted.
- Any attempt to defraud, damage, or misuse the watch will result in immediate legal action. We reserve the right to report any fraudulent activity to the police and pursue claims through our insurance provider.
Delivery, Risk, and Liability
- Watches are delivered and collected via a trusted third-party courier service.
- In the event a watch is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or fails to arrive for any reason, you agree to accept a substitute watch recommended by us or your next preferred choice available at the time of booking.
- We accept no liability for delivery failures beyond our reasonable control.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
